SAN RAMON, CALIF., August 24, 2007 - Chevron Products Company today announced its Texaco brand of technologically-advanced lubricants and coolants has introduced a new Texaco Syn-Star® GL SAE 75W-90 designed to meet Revision C of Dana Corporation's (Spicer Axle Division) SHAES 256 specification, which went into effect in the second quarter of 2007. Texaco Syn-Star GL meets all major OEM warranty requirements and is recommended as a rear axle and differential lubricant in on- and off-highway vehicles when operating under severe conditions and in extremely cold or hot environments.

The low pour point of Texaco Syn-Star GL oils impart excellent lubrication during startup at subzero temperatures, while the outstanding viscosity temperature characteristics provide dependable lubrication at high temperatures.
