Pres-On Rugged Cork/Nitrile Rubber Tape for OEM Applications Resists Water, Oils and Solvents

ADDISON, IL, August 6, 2007 - Pres-On, a leading supplier and innovator in adhesive products, today introduced Pres-Bond P10600 Series cork and nitrile rubber composite tape. Versatile and rugged, it is ideal for a variety of OEM applications, from marine and RV flooring to padding and cushioning of store fixtures, furniture and consumer appliances. It also is excellent as weather-stripping for wood and metal window sash.

The tape features an environmentally stable nitrile base material combined with a sponged synthetic cork that exhibits medium compressibility and heavy-duty resistance to oils, fuel and solvents. An acrylic adhesive provides powerful initial adhesion and a permanent bond on fiberglass, wood, plastic and painted surfaces.

Pres-Bond P10600 tape is available in thicknesses of 1/32", 1/16" and 1/8" in lengths of 60- to 100-feet. Standard width is 57 inches, but custom widths and shapes can be specially ordered.
