Force-Feed Controller moves runners into cutting system.
October 9, 2007 -
SRS Bridge-Buster force-feed control system moves large runners into 2-stage cutting system from within hopper. System eliminates down-time problems associated with feeding large runners into automated regrind cutting system as well as down-time due to bridging problems. Nylon slides are included on ram and same granulator can be used for both large and small runners.
The updated SRS Bridge-Buster is a specially designed,
force-feed control system within the hopper that smoothly moves large runners into a two-stage
cutting system. The two stage cutting system reduces
granulated material to the desired size. Bridge-Buster
keeps production moving smoothly and eliminates many
of the down-time problems associated with feeding
large runners into an automated regrind cutting system.
