Dual-port USB 2.0 multifunctional print/storage server, GMFPSU22W6, lets users share Multi-Function Printers (MFPs) and additional USB 2.0 storage devices such as external hard drives, flash drives, and memory card readers. Once plugged into network via Ethernet connection, palm-sized device lets users from any networked computer share MFP to print, scan, and fax. IOGEAR Relieves Small Office Print and Storage Pains
Introduces 2-Port USB 2.0 Multi-Function Print / Storage Server
IRVINE, Calif., July 17 -- Small and home offices (SOHOs) can now share Multi-Function Printers (MFPs) and additional USB 2.0 storage devices, such as external hard drives, flash drives and memory card readers, with IOGEAR's 2-Port USB 2.0 Multi-Function Print / Storage Server (GMFPSU22W6).
Once plugged into the network via an Ethernet connection, the palm-sized device allows users from any networked computer to share an MFP to print, scan and fax, eliminating the need for additional printers. The product also features USB 2.0 Hub extension, enabling up to five USB devices to be accessed over an IP network. Now, employees can store and retrieve files by connecting an external hard drive to the Server, improving collaboration in the workplace.

The product supports USB 2.0 specifications and is backward compatible with USB 1.1.
