Lighthouse Worldwide Solutions Unveils 50 Nanometer Liquid Particle Counter For Ultrapure Processes and other New Products at Semicon West 2007 Booth # 6355 / North Hall

Lighthouse Worldwide Solutions will introduce its newest liquid particle counter, the NanoCount 50, at this year's Semicon West tradeshow July 17th-19th at Moscone Center in San Francisco, CA.

The NanoCount 50, the latest innovation from Lighthouse Worldwide Solutions, is an ultra small footprint liquid particle counter with a sensitivity of 50 nanometers. The unit measures just 9" x 6" x 9" and includes the sensor, counting electronics and flow meter all housed in a NEMA rated enclosure. The small footprint permits the instrument to be easily integrated into process equipment for point-of-use semiconductor process applications.

"As our customers move to smaller line widths they are requiring nanometer particle detection capability as part of their process control strategy." says Scott Salton, President of Lighthouse Worldwide Solutions "The NanoCount 50 was developed in direct response to customer requests for increased sensitivity in our particle counting instruments."

Bill Shade, Vice President of Engineering and Marketing states "This technology is the result of several years of intensive research and development. The net result is we have achieved extremely high sensitivities in a very small package."

In addition to the NanoCount 50, Lighthouse Worldwide Solutions will also introduce new products for Gas Particle Monitoring and Air Particle Monitoring Applications. The new HPC 1100, High Pressure Controller enables sampling of high pressure gases lines at 1CFM without wasting extra gas. The 1CFM MiniManifold permits sampling of multiple locations with a single particle counter and is a great tool for partitioning particle problems and monitoring mini-environments cost effectively.

To learn more about Lighthouse products during Semicon West, visit booth #6355 in the North Hall at Moscone Center in San Francisco, California.

To learn more about optical particle counting and the newest Lighthouse technology for Semiconductor applications, attend Lighthouse's FREE educational seminar at 1:30 PM on Wednesday, July 18th in Room 113 in the North Hall. RSVP to (541) 770-5905.
