Graco Introduces the New Liquid Control PR70
Advanced two-component dispensing system offers more technology at an affordable price.
MINNEAPOLIS - July 3, 2007 - Graco introduced the Liquid Control PR70, a new meter, mix, and dispense system that sets a higher standard for performance, reliability and accuracy. Built to handle medium-to-low viscosity materials, it is ideal for potting, gasketing, sealing, encapsulation and syringe filling. The PR70 features Graco Control Architecture(TM) Fluid Control Board (FCB), which is a module that offers a simplified wiring system and board-level diagnostics.
"The PR70 has all the features you need, in a compact, modular design," says Doug Brady, Product Marketing Manager, Sealants and Adhesives Equipment, Graco. "This unit combines Liquid Control metering technology with Graco's pump technology raising the bar for performance and marks the beginning of a new generation of meter, mix and dispense systems."
Proven Accuracy. The versatile two-component system is designed for applications using up to 70 cc shot sizes, material ratios from 1:1 to 12:1 with a proven accuracy to + 1 percent.
MD2 Valve. The dispense valve on the PR70 Dispense System provides accuracy under high pressures. The modular valve features multiple seat styles, an independent air cylinder, adjustable snuff back control and customized material mixing.
User Interface. An intuitive user interface that provides simple system electronic controls with diagnostics and job data reporting, as well as easy, accurate shot size programming and automatically notifies you when the system needs attention.
Feed Packages. The versatile PR70 is available with a range of feed package options for agitation, heat and degassing applications.
