UPS & Redundant Functions for 20-960W Family of DIN Rail Mount Power Supplies
Bravo introduces two new DIN Rail Mount Power Supply Control Modules to enable Parallel / Redundant Operation and Battery Back up / UPS to a range of power products from 20~960 Watts. These supplies are ideal solutions for use in industrial applications (heavy industry level, criteria A) and electrical cabinets and enclosures.
The Battery Control Module (DR-UPS40) offers parallel connections to a 24 VDC BUS up to 40 Amps. Battery control functions allow battery status and control including test, polarity, fail and discharge functions. A Relay contact and LED Indicator allow monitoring of the DC BUS. The Parallel Redundancy Module (DR-RDN20) offers parallel/redundant connections with OR'ng Diodes rated for 24V and up to 20 Amps. Relay contact signal and LED Indicator are available for input failure indication. Both modules measure 4.93 x 3.94 x 2.18" and are in compliance with EN61000-4-2,3,4,5,6,8, ENV50204, heavy industry level, criteria A. Connections and Block Diagrams are directly on the faceplate of these modules to simplify field connections.
