Screwdriver controls tightening torque.

Combining release mechanism of torque device with grip of standard PB SwissGrip screwdriver, DigiTorque® v2.0 is available in ranges of 0.89-7.08 lbf-in., 0.30-1.84 lbf-ft, and 0.74-3.69 lbf-ft. Special PB mechanism allows ultra-small triggering angle for ergonomic performance. Trigger rate can be changed with additional hex driver by inserting into handle and turning. Device is switched on by pressing display, and after 20 sec, unit switches off automatically.

Solution: The new PB DigiTorque® v2.0 combines the reliable release mechanism of a torque device with the good grip and handiness of a standard PB SwissGrip screwdriver. Thanks to its pleasant grip and resistant to chemicals, the PB DigiTorque® v2.0 is ideal for jobs requiring maximum ergonomics and quality. The special PB mechanism allows an ultra-small triggering angle for ergonomic performance. In machining and delicate assembly work, it is extremely important to be able to control the tightening torque for screws.
What's New with DigiTorque® v2.0: Universal, individual, flexible! The trigger rate can be simply changed with the additional hex driver by inserting it into the handle and turning left/right. The current trigger value can be seen immediately on the digital display at the end of the handle. The device is switched on by pressing the display with your thumb. After approx. 20 sec the device switches off automatically. Thus, a battery life span of more than 10 years is guaranteed. The DigiTorque® v2.0 allows for simple switching of the torque value display of the between Nm and ft·lbf. The DigiTorque® v2.0 is available in three ranges: 10 - 80 cNm (0.89 - 7.08 in·lbf); 0.4 - 2.5 Nm (0.30 -1.84 ft·lbf); & 1.0 - 5.0 Nm (0.74 - 3.69 ft·lbf). Each DigiTorque® v2.0 comes with certificate of tolerances, +/- 6 %, according to EN ISO 6789. The DigiTorque® v2.0 is fully functional with all interchangeable PB 215 blades (over 40 to choose from!).
