Double Angle Cutter/Puller System can cut opposing angles, the same angle on both ends, or different angles on each end of product. It includes 2 servo cutters, integrated feed system with length control and batch counter, 6 in. color touchscreen, and Servo Driven Caterpiller feed. With cuts made at rotational speed of 1,600 rpm, system features double angle cutting mode with speed up to 400 cuts/min, and 2 single angle modes with up to 300 cuts/min.

New Double Angle Cutter/Puller System from Versa Machinery
Elkhart, IN - Versa Machinery introduces a new line of Double Angle Cutter/Puller Systems for cutting extruded products requiring angular cuts. Systems can be configured to cut opposing angles, the same angle on both ends or different angles on each end of a product. They are designed to perform double angle cuts on tubing or profiles for products such as medical tubing, hose, window seals and gaskets.
Systems include two servo cutters and an integrated feed system with length control and batch counter. A 6" color touch screen interface makes setup and operation quick and easy. The Servo Driven Caterpillar feed is electronically linked to the cutter control for the highest degree of cut length accuracy. Cuts are made at rotational speeds up to 1600 RPM, providing clean, square cuts even at high feed rates.
Three modes of operation are available: double angle cutting, single angle using one cutter only, or single angle using the second cutter only. The double angle mode offers a continuous cutting speed up to 400 cuts per minute, while the single angle mode is up to 300 cuts per minute. Maximum material capacity is 1" when cutting 45˚ or 90˚ angles and a maximum width or diameter capacity of .350" when cutting angles of 30˚ or 60˚.
