Equipped with Integrated Automatic Mechanical Clamping Capto Spindles, Speroni Tool Presetters apply tool clamping force of more than 550 lb to seat Capto tooling into tool presetter spindle. Integral spindle design can be specified in Capto sizes C3, C4, C5, C6, or C8. Spindles are completely field retrofittable to existing Speroni tool presetter machines in customer's facility.

Integrated Capto Spindles Now Available on Speroni Tool Presetters
Elk Grove Village, IL -BIG Kaiser Precision Tooling Inc. announces that Speroni has developed Integrated Automatic Mechanical Clamping Capto Spindles for all models of Speroni Tool Presetters.
This new product enhancement provides features that previously were not available on any smaller tabletop tool presetter, and also a lower cost option for larger Speroni Esperia machines with integral spindles. The new system applies a tool clamping force of more than 550 pounds to seat Capto tooling into the tool presetter spindle similarly to the way it is drawn into a machine tool spindle, providing exacting precision and repeatability.
The integral spindle design can be specified in Capto sizes C3, C4, C5, C6 or C8. As with all newly developed Speroni products, the spindles are completely field retrofittable to existing Speroni tool presetter machines in the customer's facility.

Speroni Tool Presetters are available with preventative maintenance programs and service contracts to preserve machine integrity and prevent productivity loss.
