Industry's First Loop Powdered Serial I/O DPM

OTEK's new LPM series is a 4 ½ LCD digit process meter that is powered by the current loop (4-20 or 10-50mA) has an optional loop powered backlight (red or green) and it's RS232/485/USB compatible. Only 2 wires are required (in series with the loop) to make the LPM work as a basic loop powered display.

The LPM comes with many other features such as: any V/mADC input, loop powered, or 5-48VDC or 90-265VAC power, 0.01% accuracy and linearity, zero and span adjustments for engineering units, captive screw terminal connector for high vibration, 100% metal enclosure with NEMA4X and EMI/RFI gaskets and ½" display. The LPM can be used as a simple loop powered display or PLC/DCS/SCADA/PC compatible interface when the Serial I/O option is included that allows for full control of parameters controlled by the microcontroller such as: span, zero, tare, hold, peak, scaling, baud rate, polling, and more. The unit can also be used as a serial input REMOTE DISPLAY.

The LED version (also loop powered ) is the LPE.

Several grades are available: Industrial, Mil-Spec, Nuclear, and Intrinsically Safe (pending). The LPM measures only 3 x 1.5 x 2" deep.
