2-Stage DustKop System Services Multiple Wood And Plastic Processes

This powerful, 2-stage Aget dust collection system is designed to eliminate wood dust and chips generated by CNC routers, saws, sanders, and other commonly used equipment in woodworking and plastics fabricating processes. The 15 HP system consists of a DUSTKOP Model 7000 series cyclone separator combined with an FT64 Afterfilter and is rated 3200 CFM at 13.5 External S.P., or up to 5600 CFM at lower S.P. requirements.

The dust collector extracts wood dust as well as acrylic plastic dust and chips from these processes, and deposits the particulate into a suitable waste container on the outside of the building, returning clean filtered air back into the workplace. No cartridge filters are required, and the only maintenance consists of periodic inspection and motor lubrication. Due to the efficiency of the cyclone, filter life of 10 years is common.
