Weiler Corporation's Custom Designed Wide Face Brushes for Tube End Deburring Offer Cost-Effective Solutions

Weiler Corporation, an ISO 9001 certified manufacturer of industrial power brushes, abrasives and maintenance products, offers Crimped Wire Wide Face Brushes specially engineered to meet each customer's specific requirement. These custom-made brushes are highly effective for many deburring applications, especially tube end deburring, as well as surface finishing of clad materials, conveyor cleaning, coil strip cleaning, leak detection in oil pipelines and removal of rubber coating from steel rolls.

For optimal performance in these various applications, Weiler's wide face brushes are available in hard drawn steel, high-tensile steel and Type 302 stainless steel wire, with wire diameters ranging from .006" to .020". The option of four different fill densities allows users to further increase production while minimizing processing costs. Wide face brushes are dynamically balanced, which extends brush life and reduces machine wear. In addition, special "sectional" construction offers a choice of face widths available in increments of ˝", with a maximum face width of a single unit being 30". (Note: Several wide face units may be stacked together for a wider brush face, if required.)

In addition to tube end deburring, Weiler Corporation also manufactures additional wide face brushes such as disposable and refillable brush assemblies and centerless brushes.

Please contact Weiler's Application Engineering Department for assistance in designing a "wide face" solution for your specific deburring, finishing or cleaning needs. For your convenience, Weiler's Application Engineering Team is available Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time at 1-888-299-2777.
