Deep Drawn Stamping

Topco has new and innovative machinery that has the capabilities which include deep drawn stampings up to 12" deep. Our Deep Drawn Stamping materials include aluminum, steel and brass as well as other metals. Our large deep drawn stamping library of tooling will result in minimal initial tooling investment to develop new parts.

The new machinery also can perform small metal stamping parts such as: spring metal stampings, clip metal stampings, cup metal stampings, cap metal stampings, bracket metal stampings, and washers produced with progressive dies, compound dies or single operation dies are made to your requirements. Our engineering department will work with you to suggest the most practical approach for your metal stampings, or deep drawn stampings.

Often tooling requirements make it impractical to produce metal stamping or deep drawn stamping parts because of the limited quantities. Our large inventory of tooling for deep draw stamping can make your requirements feasible. Whenever possible we propose partial tooling only. What might be higher initial production costs can be reduced as quantities increase additional tooling is employed. Larger metal stampings made from heavy gauge steel, brass or aluminum. The parts include aluminum pans, aluminum plates, aluminum brackets, aluminum housings, aluminum cups, aluminum cans, etc. Allow our engineering staff to work with you to develop metal stampings and deep drawn stampings for your application. Balance your initial investment with part cost to meet your objectives.
