May 29, 2007 - DX-250 Series Digital Dispenser/Controllers are designed for environments requiring accuracy and repeatability. Controllers operate from 24 Vdc supply and feature digital timers, adjustable vacuums for controlling drips between dispense cycles, an operating pressure of 0-100 psi, and come equipped ready to use. For low viscosity fluid applications, Series DX-255 offers an operating pressure range of 0-15 psi.

Affordable, User Friendly, High Accuracy Digital Dispensing from OK International

OK International has introduced its DX-250 Series of high performance Digital Dispenser/Controllers. The new easy-to-use micro-air dispensing systems unite affordability with high accuracy and repeatability for exceptional results. The system will be fully available from the end of Quarter 2.

The DX-250 Series Dispensers are based on the technology of OK International's successful DX-200 Series Dispensers. Building on the strengths of this platform, the new model is equipped with a user friendly intuitive firmware to deliver quick and easy task setup.

With an operating pressure of 0 to 100 Psi, (0 to 6.9bar), the DX-250 model is configured for general dispensing applications, while the DX-255's operating pressure of 0 to 15 Psi, (0 to 1 bar) is designed for specific low viscosity fluids. Product application is diverse, ranging from the precision deposition of surface mount solder paste and adhesive, to semiconductor under-fill.

Specified for manufacturing environments where accuracy and repeatability take priority, the DX-250 Series features a digital timer and adjustable vacuum for controlling drips between dispense cycles. Operating from a 24V DC supply and supplied ready to use with a power adapter, air hose, sample tips, barrel, syringe adapter and syringe stand, the CE certified dispensers feature a timer range of 0.020 to 60.00s to maximize operator flexibility.

The DX-250 series' contemporary, robust housing is designed with a small footprint to conserve workspace, and can be easily carried between work locations. Units can also be stacked and fastened on top of each other for further bench top efficiency.
