May 17, 2007 - Using environmental sound cues, Velocity(TM) Hearing Aids automatically adjust settings to best meet challenges of particular listening situation, without requiring wearer to press button. Units feature digital signal processing and noise reduction, adaptive feedback cancellation, and several user options, including patient-friendly voice alerts and automatic telephone listening settings that are activated when conventional telephone is held to ear.
