Thermacut Introduces Patented Tungsten Nozzle for HPR® Systems
Thermacut, Inc. has launched their new TungstenEX-® Nozzle as a direct replacement nozzle consumable for HPR® plasma cutting systems in 130Amp, 200Amp and 260Amp operations. This revolutionary patented improvement incorporates pure tungsten within the nozzle orifice to better handle extreme heat. Tungsten is extremely hard and durable and has the highest melting point of all the non-alloyed metals. When matched with SilverEX-® Electrodes, consumable life is extended up to four times longer compared to standard copper nozzles and electrodes.
Heavy users of HPR® high definition plasma cutting technologies will be the primary beneficiaries. All Thermacut replacement components are precision manufactured to meet or exceed OEM performance characteristics and are available for immediate shipping.
