April 18, 2007 - Designed to achieve ultra-low dissolved oxygen levels, GasTran Deaeration System minimizes foaming to speed filling while providing consistent carbonation levels. System can be configured to use either vacuum or stripping gas such as CO2 or nitrogen, achieving levels of dissolved oxygen below 2 parts/billion without use of membranes or chemicals.

GasTran Systems Introduces GasTran Beverage Deaeration System


Cleveland, OH April 2, 2007 GasTran Systems introduces the GasTran Deaeration System for achieving ultra-low dissolved oxygen levels in beverage packaging lines. The proven benefits of ultra low dissolved oxygen include less foaming for increased filling speeds and product yields, and more consistent carbonation levels. Customers have achieved 30% increases in bottling line speed and six sigma quality levels on net content weight and carbonation levels. The system can be configured to use either vacuum or a stripping gas such as CO2 or Nitrogen, achieving levels of dissolved oxygen below two parts per billion without the use of membranes or chemicals.
