Equipped with electronically commutated external rotor motor, CEC Backward Curved Impeller provides capacities to 7,800 cfm. Both motor and impeller are located directly in air stream, where impeller acts as rotating heat sink, providing heat dissipation and motor cooling. Operating from 380-480 V, 50/60 Hz, 3-phase, aluminum impeller is speed controllable and suited for electronic cabinet cooling, clean room modules, air filtration, and fume hoods.

New CEC Backward Curved EC Motorized Impeller
Continental Fan's CEC backward curved EC motorized impeller is a superbly crafted, precision balanced air-moving device that features superior performance and compact design. It is ideally suited to applications where space is limited. The unique coupling of the motor and impeller minimizes space requirements and provides for vibration free operation.
By combining the efficiency of a backward curved impeller with the advanced technology of an electronically commutated external rotor motor, new standards for air performance and sound levels have been achieved. The electronics are an integral part of the motor, making the CEC motorized impeller a compact design with superior fan performance.
