A.W.T. World Trade, Inc. Introduces New Size Of The Accu-Print High-Tech V Large-Format Screen Printer

CHICAGO, IL USA - The A.W.T. World Trade Group's Accu-Print(TM) High-Tech V flatbed screen printer is much more than the sum of its 20-plus high-performance standard features. Now A.W.T. customers can gain an edge over the competition with the new 52x52" size of this versatile machine. A.W.T. continues to deliver to its customers' needs by offering this less expensive version of our popular large-format printer. It is the only of its kind to print 4 x 4´ prints and can save valuable working space with its smaller size while still delivering large results.

While saving space and money, the 52x52" still offers the exclusive phone modem interface system for instant servicing and updates. With the High-Tech V, the operator can perform instant, on-board troubleshooting. The diagnostics display includes basic press information, automatic error messages and individual job status. Interactive job status screens include quantity printed and stroke length parameters.

The High-Tech V features a host of standard features including a pneumatic, squeegee pressure equalizer; a solid, four-cylinder chopper assembly that allows tool-free and independent squeegee/floodbar pressure adjustment; and micro-calibrated knobs for easy access. In addition, air cylinders equalize pressure for positive squeegee contact across the maximum print area. A patented computer-controlled stroke setting automatically establishes the stroke quickly up front, without using sliding sensors - thereby reducing set-up time.

The unique Quantity Mode feature automatically stops the press when the job is complete. Other High-Tech V features include a front or rear carriage stop mode, a unique ink recovery that shifts the squeegee beyond preset stroke length to recover ink in the well, a swing-away control panel, "0" off-contact capability for high-performance, high-tension screens, a super tight registration system and a universal drop-down masterframe. The new 52x52" High-Tech V is part of the Accu-Print(TM) High-Tech line, which includes the all-hydraulic, vertical lift-driven Accu-Print(TM) High-Tech V-LS, and the popular Accu-Print(TM) High-Tech Micro small-format printer.
