SMT Attenuator provides attenuation values to 70 dB.

April 20, 2007 - Supplied in 0805-size package, IMA2404 is suited for use in RF/microwave applications and communications-oriented circuitry. Surface-mount, thick film product, operational to 15 GHz in properly matched continuous 50 ohm system, is available from 1-70 dB in 1 dB increments. With tolerance as low as ±0.2 dB, product offers input power handling capability to 400 mW using proper thermal management techniques.

IMA2404 Attenuator Provides Attenuation Values to 70dB with Stability to +/- 0.2dB in 0805-size Package

Portsmouth, Rhode Island, USA - International Manufacturing Services, Inc. (IMS), a leading manufacturer and supplier of high quality thick film resistors, terminations and attenuators to the electronics industry, announces the availability of the IMA2404 attenuator. The model IMA2404 is a surface-mount thick film 0805 attenuator especially suited to RF/microwave applications and communications-oriented circuitry. This thick film attenuator is operational to 15 GHz in a properly matched continuous 50 W system. It is available from 1 to 70 dB in 1 dB increments with a tolerance as low as ±0.2 dB. Input power handling is 400mW (using proper thermal management techniques).
