Web-based ServiceDesk Plus 6 integrates ticketing, asset tracking, purchasing, contract management, and knowledge base in one package. Automated password reset tool uses Robo Technician, which automatically connects to Active Directory to reset user password, then logs and manages password reset requests. In addition to MS SQL Server support, software includes predefined templates for requests and enables users to edit multiple requests in one shot.
