March 27, 2007 - Custom Assembly Equipment can produce finished electrical and electronic parts by combining multiple functions, such as bending, brazing, welding, crimping, cutting, inserting, and attaching components. Capable of 3,000 parts/hr throughput, fully programmable equipment can introduce stamped metal lead frames from reel, press-fit them onto ceramic insulators, and attach and terminate wire leads. Solutions are designed to produce finished part that has one SKU number.

ETCO Custom Assembly Equipment can produce finished electrical and elec-tronic parts by combining multiple functions such as bending, brazing, welding, crimping, cutting, inserting, and attaching components. Capable of throughput up to 3,000 parts-per-hour, this fully programmable equipment can introduce stamped metal lead frames from a reel, press-fit them onto ceramic insulators, and attach and terminate wire leads.

Designed to reduce labor and efficiently produce a finished part that has one SKU number, ETCO Custom Assembly Equipment can accommodate stampings ranging from 0.008" to 0.90" thick and multiple components made from ceramics and other materials. Providing application engineering assistance, the firm utilizes rapid proto-typing with 3-D solid modeling analysis.

ETCO Custom Assembly Equipment is priced according to customer requirements, with typical 6 to 12 week delivery. Literature and pricing are available upon request.
