Users can also mold multiple parts of different shapes and sizes in one cycle. Low-shear flow and uniform melt temperature control provide optimized surface quality, free of stress marks or weld lines. Hydraulic or pneumatic activation is available.

New Polivalve valve gate hot runner systems from D-M-E provide easy-order solutions to high-quality molding of special shapes or multi-cavity parts where the volume of melt can differ significantly.
