Fette ABSOLUT Cephir Unit Effectively Removes High Volume Particulate Matter in Multiple Industry Applications
Feb. 12, 2007, ROCKAWAY, NJ - Fette, a leading manufacturer and supplier of tablet presses, proudly introduces the new Fette ABSOLUT Cephir High Filtration/Containment System at the 2007 Interphex Show in New York City. Equipped with a self cleaning HEPA filter, Cephir effectively and safely removes and contains high volumes of even extremely fine dust particulates from the exhaust air of production machines in a variety of industries including pharmaceutical, industrial, chemical, nutrition and food.
Cephir features a modular design for easy upgrades, parallel swing doors and a pull-out control cabinet for easy access, a bag-in bag-out filter exchange and a size (40 x 30 x 90 inches) that can fit almost anywhere. It can also be customized to offer a variety of dust handling solutions including a continuous bag-in bag-out system, RTP, split valve, isolator and wash-in-place.
Cephir ensures dust levels that are far below the most stringent OEL (Occupational Exposure Limit) requirements throughout all phases of the filtration process including filter exchange, dust handling and maintenance.
Other features of Cephir include a pressure and shock-resistant design, a control interface MES/Scada system, a filter cassette with leak test gasket, a blower with a variable frequency drive and air volume measuring control, and DOP measuring lances with ports inside the control cabinet. Cephir is also available with wheels for a mobile filtration/containment unit.
