Heavy-Duty Mounts dampen viration and noise.
February 1, 2007 -
Designed for machines with loads from 100-12,000 lb that do not need to be fastened to floor, M-Series anti-vibration mounts resist fatigue from fast working cycle times and strong lateral forces. Design minimizes noise and reinforced, built-in leveling bolt support cup distributes machine loads to support points within mount. Vertical/horizontal forces are dampened out by chemically resistant nitrile pad.

Sunnex M-Series of Heavy Duty Vibration Mounts Feature Rapid Installation and Leveling, Critical Noise Reduction, Efficient Damping
Natick, Mass. - January 29, 2007 - Sunnex, a leading manufacturer of anti-vibration and leveling mounts, offers its line of heavy-duty M-Series anti-vibration mounts for automatic lathes, grinding machines, injection molding machines, drilling/milling machines, and similar equipment.
Designed with the aid of FEM analysis, Sunnex's M-Series anti-vibration mounts resist fatigue from fast working cycle times and strong lateral forces in heavy machinery. The mounts are designed for use on machinery that does not require fastening to the floor and with loads from 100-12,000 pounds.
M-Series anti-vibration mounts feature high strength machined components, rapid installation and leveling, critical noise reduction, and efficient damping with 80% vibration reduction.
The reinforced built-in leveling bolt support cup distributes machine loads to the support points within the mount. The leveling element provides direct and reliable machine mounting to suit most installation needs. Vertical as well as horizontal forces are dampened out by the integral nitrile pad, which also provides chemical resistance to most fluids.
M-Series applications include milling machines, lathes, grinders, drill presses, band saws, screw machines, printing presses, plastic injection molding machines, die-casting equipment, punch presses, and packaging equipment.
Replacing M-series anti-vibration mounts is easy - simply unscrew and slide the mount under the machine. Accessories include steel spacers, additional bolt lengths, and thread adapters.
