C-B Pro-Fire Expands Burner Line to Serve Growing Market

MILWAUKEE-C-B Pro-Fire-a Cleaver-Brooks product group that makes burners for commercial, industrial and institutional applications-introduces a new lower-priced model to its industry-leading Pro-Fire Series of burners. The "Value Line" debuts at this year's AHR Expo, Jan. 29-31 in Dallas (booth 3202).

The Pro-Fire Value Line is an extension of C-B Pro-Fire's "H" Series of forced-draft, duel-fuel burners. With retrofit capability that can create fuel savings of up to 30 percent, the Value Line incorporates the same energy-efficient features as the original Pro-Fire burners. A new control platform (made by Honeywell) allows the Value Line to be offered at a more competitive price, meeting the demands of an increasingly price-driven market while maintaining the quality customers have come to expect from a Pro-Fire burner.

"Products like the Value Line expand our commitment to our customers, assuring they have a technologically-advanced, energy-efficient burner system at a competitive price," said Mike Valentino, president of C-B Pro-Fire. "Extending the trusted Pro-Fire Series to customers at a lower price-point improves our ability to serve all levels of the market with more options than ever before."

Ideal for industrial, commercial or institutional applications, the Value Line burner is built with a true forced-draft design that controls the air and fuel mixture, resulting in complete combustion for maximum efficiency. It can operate on gas, oil or a combination of fuels at capacities ranging from 1,000,000 BTU/HR to 12,500,000 BTU/HR. The Value Line's versatility makes it compatible with cast iron, firebox or watertube boilers featuring negative or forced-draft designs.

"Through the Cleaver-Brooks Representatives Association-the industry's largest dedicated rep network-we have an unmatched view of market needs and trends," Valentino said. "The Value Line exemplifies our commitment to using that knowledge to provide customers with a versatile product that meets a variety of needs."

Celebrating its 75th anniversary, Cleaver-Brooks is a world-renowned provider of boiler room products and systems that outperform and outlast the competition. Selling to both the commercial and industrial markets, Cleaver-Brooks is the only manufacturer offering an entirely integrated boiler room system. The company's products are backed by a world-class distribution network that provides superior aftermarket support. Visit www.cleaver-brooks.com for more information.
