January 23, 2007 - Pyro-Tape 682-Series tapes are for use in plasma spray masking, heat protection, and abrasion-, chemical-, and electrical-resistance applications. Able to withstand temperatures to 500°F, 682-PM is for plasma spray masking, 682-HR is heat reflective tape for components and pipes, and 682-CR is non-stick and corrosion-resistant. Type 682-DS is double-sided tape, while 682-ER is used for electrical insulation. Used to provide abrasion-resistance, 682-AR functions at up to 200°F.
