Operating from 120-277 Vac, Full Output V-Ray(TM) FO delivers optimum level of UV for larger multi-row HVAC systems common to fan coils, ceiling mount unit ventilators, roof top units, and heat pumps. Providing 3 lamp lengths from 21-61 in., unit eliminates need to clean coil fins in hard-to-reach areas, while delivering continuous irradiation of coil surfaces. V-Ray(TM) FO is suited for schools, nurseries, and healthcare facilities where small systems exhibit microbial problems.

More Demanding UVC Applications are Now Possible in Small Systems." The New V-Ray(TM) Full Output From UVDI Makes It All Possible
Valencia, California -Ultraviolet Devices, Inc. (UVDI) has announced the release of its new V-Ray(TM) FO (Full Output) product line. The V-Ray(TM) system is unique in that it was designed specifically to deliver an optimum level of UV for larger multi-row HVAC systems common to fan coils, ceiling mount unit ventilators, roof top units and heat pumps.
Where UV Light Penetration is most important
Since the launch of the original V-Ray(TM) SUS product, UVDI recognized the market need to deliver a higher level of UV light to penetrate larger evaporator coil systems which are configured with 3/8" tube coils in 5 rows or greater. This effectively eliminates the need to clean the coil fins in hard to reach areas using costly/harmful chemicals, while delivering continuous irradiation of the coil surfaces. The increased power level also reduces the time required to eliminate mold build-up on existing coils in fact returning them to "like new" performance quicker.
Application/Installation - Key to V-Ray FO Design
V-Ray(TM) FO bridges the gap left by typical UVC products used in the majority of applications sold today, and yet it offers one of the lowest costs of ownership. For use world-wide, V-Ray(TM) FO can be operated from power sources ranging from 120Vac to 277Vac, and it's in three lamp lengths from 21" to 61". When all this is combined with a permanent or magnetic lamp holding installation accessory, V-Ray can be installed in less than 15 minutes in an air handling unit.
Multiple Uses for the V-Ray Concept
V-Ray(TM) FO is perfect for, and most often necessary when using UV in schools, nurseries and healthcare facilities, anywhere small systems exhibit microbial problems and efficiency losses. Currently, there are no economical ways to deal with mold build up in these tight situations.
