Control Products withstand washdown, UV light, and ozone.

January 25, 2007 - Comprised of panel-mounted pushbuttons, E-stops, selector switches, potentiometers, and flat and protruding LED-based indicator lights, 22.5 mm Series N control units suit applications requiring IP67 submersibility and IP69K sealing requirements for up to 120°C high-pressure hot water/steam jet cleaning. Surface geometries facilitate cleaning, and sealing design protect against ingress of contamination. Products come with screw terminals or WAGO cage clamps.

IP 69K, UV & Ozone Tolerant Control Units

Tarrytown, NY, January 15, 2007 ... Singular Controls is pleased to announce the introduction of their new family of panel-mounted pushbuttons, E-stops, selector switches, potentiometers, and flat & protruding LED-based indicator lights.

The 22.5mm Series "N" control units have been designed expressly to meet demanding applications for high-temperature/high-pressure washdowns, tolerance to UV light, and/or tolerance to Ozone.

The "N" series features special easy-to-clean surface geometries, and a unique sealing design that protect the gaps between fixed and moving parts against the ingress of contamination. All meet IP 67 submersibility and IP 69K sealing requirements for up to120° C high-pressure hot water/steam jet cleaning (according to DIN 40050 Part 9).

Available with screw terminals or WAGO cage clamps, the units are also offered with a range of installation accessories including lockable selector switch covers, 30mm adaptor plates, and incandescent lamp options.

Their unique characteristics make them ideal for the food processing, pharmaceutical, beverage, meat packaging, medical applications, marine, off-road vehicles, construction equipment, and portable instruments.
