Bystronic to Showcase Byjet Waterjet and the New Byvention Laser Cutting Systems At Westec
The ByVention laser cutting system offers users advantages unique to the marketplace: simplicity, compact size, a clever material flow concept, reassuring performance, system completeness and exceptional affordability. It is the most compact laser cutting machine for standard-sized material up to 5' x 10' on the market today (working footprint is 20' x 20'). With the system's integrated safety system, the operating area is completely accessible without photoelectric barriers. The system's compact size allows for a short laser beam path which is particularly ideal for high precision cutting. Serviceability and ease-of-use ensures for reliable "round-the-clock" operation. The system is engineered to deliver a long life span and maximum reliability while maintaining a high resale value.
When the Byjet waterjet cutting system (shown at WESTEC without automation) is combined with its available shuttle table (unique to the market) and swing arm loader, the machine can deliver a significant increase in productivity over standalone systems. Even greater productivity is gained when multiple cutting heads are used. The Byjet Bypump APC intensifier produces a consistent and infinitely variable pressure without the use of a pressure attenuator. In conjunction with the standard constant height sensing feature, the Byjet produces parts with minimal kerf angles without the need for tilting heads to compensate for taper. The system's available rotary-axis (also unique to the market) provides exceptional processing flexibility by opening multiple fields of tube cutting applications.
