Designed for military and commercial applications, custom aluminum iZIF(TM) integrates heat frame and circuit board retainer into one unit. No torque wrench or special tools are required, and features include zero insertion/extraction force; uniform clamping force and thermal distribution over entire length; ¼ turn lock/unlock (quick disconnect); and standard 1/8 SHCS-drive (Allen-key) clamping/locking rod. Thermal performance, per length, is rated equal to or under 1.2°C-in/W.

This new iZIF(TM) integrates a heat frame and a circuit board retainer into a single unit, thus eliminating any need for assembly while improving thermal performance.
