Spool Gun handles soft aluminum wire.


January 16, 2007 - Suited for novice and experienced welders, Magnum® 100SG Spool Gun weighs 3.5 lb and comes as complete kit in cushioned carrying case. It can be used for quick projects and repairs and does not require bulky adaptor module. All combinations of specified aluminum alloys and wire diameters can be fed with same drive roll and linear assembly. Magnum 100SG is recommended for use with Lincoln Electric's Power MIG140C, 104T, 180C, and 180T.

Cleveland - Lincoln Electric introduces the Magnum® 100SG Spool Gun, the lowest cost way to add reliable and precise spool gun wire feeding performance for soft aluminum wire.

The Magnum 100SG is designed for novice and experienced welders alike and comes as a complete kit with everything you need to get started in a rugged and cushioned carrying case. To reduce the number of expendable parts, this spool gun uses the same contact tips and nozzles as the standard Magnum 100L MIG gun.

Lightweight at only 3.5 lbs., fast installation and set up allows you to get started on projects and repairs right away. The 100SG is great for quick projects and repairs and does not require a bulky adaptor module.

All combinations of specified aluminum alloys and wire diameters can be fed with the same drive roll and liner assembly. Recommended for use with Lincoln Electric's Power MIG140C, 104T, 180C and 180T.
