IRVINE, Calif., Jan. 10 // -- Red Rhino, by Hard Hat Industry Solutions, Inc. (http://www.hardhatis.com/redrhino/home.html), is poised to become the must-have tool of 2007 for electrical and telecommunications contractors everywhere.
Red Rhino puts the creation of Estimates, Proposals, Job Financials, Change Orders, Purchase Orders and Invoicing in one place for easy management of each job. Forget those faxes that are always getting lost: Contractors can e-mail any document to clients with the click of a mouse.
"Red Rhino is a huge time-saver," stated John Kelsey, director of marketing and sales at Hard Hat Industry Solutions, Inc. "It has everything a contractor needs to manage a project, and it's accessible from any computer with Internet access, whether at the office or on the job site."
In other words, Red Rhino gives users total control over the Estimate and Project Management process, from start to finish. By integrating the contractor's back-office functions, the system enhances contractor productivity, saves money, improves communication and increases profitability.
And Red Rhino is easy to use. Contractors simply log on and utilize Red Rhino's Assemblies, Product Catalog and Productivity Wizards to create an Estimate. Items on the Estimate can be attached directly to create a Purchase Orders and emailed to suppliers. The Estimate can then be used to create a Proposal that can be e-mailed to the customer. Once the contractor wins the bid, Red Rhino will transfer the Financials from the Estimate to create the new Job. Red Rhino eliminates time wasted in duplication of effort.
Throughout the project, Red Rhino puts the Financials, Change Orders, Purchase Orders and Invoices at the contractor's fingertips, tracking all of those as well. Just as Proposals, Invoices and Change Orders are easily emailed to the customer, Purchase Orders can be emailed directly to vendors. Permissions can be set to allow multiple users, streamlining collaboration and team functions on projects.
"Red Rhino works for any size project or contractor, large or small," said Kelsey. "This system was designed by a contractor for contractors. Red Rhino represents over 15 years of back-office refinement with a focus on contractor-friendly interfaces. Contractors will be amazed once they give it a try."
