PEX tubing in potable water and radiant heat applications. Compact jaw design enables end user to work in tight spaces, and jaw ID clip is provided for quick identification. Weighing 7.5 lb, tool is powered by 14.4 V NiMh battery and features 90° swivel barrel for maneuverability.

ELYRIA, OHIO - December 2006 - The RIDGID® Compact Series Jaw for Murray Heavy Duty Stainless Steel PEX Clamps (Cat. No. 24923), from Ridge Tool Company, offers increased versatility for the Compact 100-B pressing tool.
Designed to be used with the RIDGID Compact 100-B pressing tool, the RIDGID Murray PEX Clamp Jaw is ideal for making quick connections on 3/8" to 1" PEX tubing in potable water and radiant heat applications.
The compact jaw design enables the end user to work in tight spaces. A jaw ID clip is provided for quick identification.
The RIDGID Compact 100-B press tool is the most lightweight, compact and durable pressing tool offered by Ridge Tool. Weighing only 7.5 lbs., the Compact 100-B is powered by a 14.4-volt nickel metal hydride battery, allowing for use in extreme temperatures. The tool was designed for tight-space installations and features a 90-degree swivel barrel for increased maneuverability when working around obstructions. The Compact 100-B is available with pressing jaws for use with 1/2" to 1" copper tubing connections as well as 3/8" to 1-1/2" Viega PureFlow(TM) connections, 3/8" to 1-1/4" ASTM F 1807 copper crimp ring PEX connections.
