Handmark Launches Wireless Concierge Service on Pocket Express
KANSAS CITY, Mo. (4 December 2006) - Handmark® today announced that its award-winning Pocket Express(TM) mobile Internet experience now features the world's first mobile personal assistant service, MobileCierge. Together, Pocket Express and MobileCierge extend the mobile lifestyle by offering a worldwide wireless concierge service with global emergency assistance to consumers and mobile professionals. MobileCierge is immediately available on smartphones and select consumer handheld devices through Pocket Express for $5.99 per month.
MobileCierge, a Noel Group member company, provides Pocket Express users with immediate access to personal, travel, medical, and emergency assistance 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, anywhere in the world. MobileCierge is staffed with experts who can provide live assistance with a restaurant referral, roadside assistance, flight booking, or even replacing a contact lens.

Pocket Express also offers an Executive Edition, including white and yellow page directory search, Oxford reference, movie show times, stock market portfolio tracking, detailed street level maps and driving directions for a $6.99 per month subscription.
Handmark also includes free customer phone support for Pocket Express Executive subscribers. Customers can talk with a live Handmark representative by calling the support.
