Helix Filters range in size up to 3 in. inlet/outlet.

December 8, 2006 - Made from injection-molded plastic, Helix point-of-use filters include HD Series with polypropylene disc media and HS Series with stainless steel screen. As dirty water enters filter housing, high-velocity spinning action occurs, spiraling heavier particles such as sand and sediment away from disc/screen cartridge, down to base of filter housing. Accumulated particles are then flushed from filter via ¾ in. flush port connection.

Helix Point-of-Use Filters

Miller-Leaman, Inc. is announcing the release of their new injection-molded plastic Helix filters. The point-of-use filters are available with a polypropylene disc media (Helix HD Series) or a stainless steel screen (Helix HS Series). Both models offer substantial amount of surface area compared to traditional filters. As dirty water enters the filter housing, a high velocity spinning action occurs, spiraling heavier particles (sand, sediment, etc.) away from the disc/screen cartridge, down to the base of the filter housing. These accumulated particles are then flushed from the filter via the 3/4" flush port connection. Helix filters are available in various sizes up to a 3" inlet/outlet.
