Metalworking Fluid has vegetable-based formula.

November 14, 2006 - Suited for high-pressure oil applications, Vascomill 10 features viscosity levels that allow for optimal air escape. This promotes foaming resistance, even in cycles where high pressure is engaged more than 50% of time. Environmentally conscious, vegetable ester-based cutting oil works with stainless steels, titanium, and high-temperature alloys in Swiss-style CNC lathes.

Blaser Swisslube Introduces Vegetable-Based Vascomill 10

GOSHEN, N.Y. - Blaser Swisslube, Inc., premier supplier of world class, Swiss-quality metalworking fluids, announces Vascomill 10, the liquid tool for high-pressure oil applications.

This high-performance liquid tool is especially suited for cutting oil applications in Swiss-style CNC lathes. Its low viscosity levels allow for maximum air escape, making Vascomill 10 resistant to foaming, even in long cycle times where high pressure is engaged more than 50 percent of the time.

Vascomill 10, a vegetable ester-based cutting oil, is unique in that its low viscosity is paired with a high flashpoint compared to mineral oils of the same viscosity. In addition, being vegetable-based makes this product environmentally conscious.

Vascomill 10 is best-suited for stainless steels, titanium and high temperature alloys.

Founded in 1936, Blaser Swisslube, Inc. has formulated first-rate metalworking solutions for 70 years. Blaser's liquid tools are recognized world wide for dependability in improving productivity, tool life, production and part quality and reducing overall production costs. Blaser products are developed by a team of researchers at their headquarters in Switzerland, and U.S. production is based in Goshen, N.Y. For more information, please visit www.blaser.com.
