Thermoplastic Wheel bears load capacities of 600-1,400 lb.

Designed for Faultless 400, 800, and 1400 standard and stainless steel casters, FaultlessŪ Caster Reinforced Thermoplastic Wheel features 65D durometer rating and is resistant to water, chemical absorption, and steam cleaning. Waffle design of blended, reinforced thermoplastic materials allows standard operating temperatures from -20 to +250°F. High-temperature version operates up to +480°F. Delrin bushings, roller bearings, and sealed radial ball bearings are available.

Resistant to water, chemical absorption, and steam cleaning, RT wheels are ideally suited for food processing, tool storage, sanitary maintenance, warehousing, and other applications that require durability and easy mobility under heavy loads. With a durometer rating of 65D, these wheels can bear load capacities of 600 to 1,400 lbs. and withstand significantly more impact than phenolic wheels.
The RT wheel's unique waffle design of specially blended, reinforced thermoplastic materials allows standard operating temperatures ranging from -20 to +250 degrees F. A high-temperature version that can operate in temperatures up to +480 degrees F is also available.
RT wheels are available from Hickory Hardware in a range of configurations and sizes, as blanks, with delrin bushings, with roller bearings, and with sealed precision radial ball bearings.
