Thinbit® Microbit® Small Bore Profiling & Back Turning

THINBIT®, manufactured by Kaiser Tool Company, is pleased to announce an
expansion to our MICROBIT® solid carbide tools to include small bore profiling and
back turning down to 0.125" minimum bore. This addition compliments our existing
MICROBIT® tooling line and is now capable of meeting all small diameter tooling
requirements including ID or face grooving, boring/turning and threading.

The profiling tools will allow our customers to cut intricate ID forms that require finer detail than can be achieved with a standard boring or grooving tool. These tools will be available in 1/8", 3/16", 1/4", 5/16", 3/8" and 1/2" shank diameters, with neck lengths of 0.375", 0.625", 0.750", 1.00", 1.250" and 1.750" respectively. All these tools are available with a variety of coatings including TiN, TiCN, TiAIN and Diamond.

These tools, along with the entire THINBIT® line of cutting tools, will be on display at IMTS 2006 in Booth Number E-2758, or for more information regarding the entire
