Designed for TW Series twin boring heads, Insert Holders accept ISO standard SC inserts and allow infinite adjustment of insert pocket between 15 and 75°. Graduations of 15° are show on holders for quick reference, and intermediate angles can be set with tool presetter. Inclusive boring range for holders at any angle is 2.28-8.07 in. diameter.

These new insert holders accept ISO standard SC inserts and allow infinite adjustment of the insert pocket between 15° and 75°. Graduations of 15° are shown on the holders for quick reference, and intermediate angles can be set with the use of a tool presetter.
Sold individually, the holders can be used on Kaiser TW boring heads for chamfering or light semi-finish boring applications where a special lead angle is required.
