Pam Fastening Introduces the HB 220 Hot Melt Glue Applicator for Low Production Applications

CHARLOTTE, N.C.- PAM Fastening Technology has introduced the new HB 220 Hot Melt Glue Gun with adjustable operating temperature ideal for low production applications.

The HB 220 Hot Melt Glue applicator is lightweight and easy to use with adjustable operating temperatures from 284°F to 428°F with a fast heat up time. It is suited for projects varying from packaging, manufacturing of displays, wood and leather processing, interior decorating, toys, ceramics, the ski industry and other general purpose applications.

A mechanical stroke limitation mechanism lets the applicator control the amount of adhesive applied quickly and efficiently. This results in an application of a specific amount of glue repeatedly to the coverage area with little waste and high accuracy.
Other unique features of the HB 220 Hot Melt Glue Gun include high melting capacity, fast heat up time, trigger adjustment to conform to the individual's hand size for a comfortable grip, limited fatigue through extended trigger handling and an integrated on/off switch for safety.

TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS
The PAM HB 200 weighs 20 oz. and uses 220 Watts of power. The applicator uses electronic temperature controls with an efficient thermometer on the applicator tool. The PAM HB 220 accepts a 10 in. glue stick. An extra nozzle and case come with the unit.
