Suited for weld preparation beveling, Model 9000 Bevel Mill uses standard carbide inserts in milling cutter for beveling most machinable materials including mild steel, aluminum, and stainless steel. Machine is self-supporting on workpiece and is hand fed by operator along edge of plate at up to 6 fpm. Unit offers variable angle adjustments from 15-45°.

Heck Industries of Hartland, Michigan has introduced a new increased capacity plate beveler. The new Model 9000 Bevel-Mill produces bevels up to 1 3/16". Ideal for weld preparation beveling, the unit uses standard carbide inserts in a milling cutter for beveling most machinable materals including mild steel, aluminum and stainless steel.
The machine is self-supporting on the workpiece and is hand fed by the operator along the edge of the plate at up to 6 feet per minute. The Bevel-Mill also features variable angle adjustments from 15 to 45 degrees.
