Remote programming for SpectrumŽ 520 System now available
CHCAGO, Illinois - August 21, 2006 - Jeron Electronic Systems, Inc. announces remote
programming for the Spectrum 520 School Intercom System. Using an existing Local Area Network (LAN) and a Serial to Ethernet Adapter, a PC in one building can now program a bell schedule for the intercom system in another building.
In order to program from a remote location, the system must be equipped with the following:
o Local Area Network
o Cat. 9753 Serial to Ethernet Adapter
o 5290 Administration Program Software
The Spectrum 520 School Intercom System supports a full range of school communications functions including classroom-to-administration intercom, class change signals, safety tones, multi-zone paging, and program distribution (CD, Tape, or AM/FM tuner). The Spectrum 520 system is a complete communication system that meets the safety and security needs of today's K-12 facilities.
