Filtration System suits precision machining applications.

Ebbco Evolution Series metalworking filtration system conditions coolants and oils down to 1 micron. System is 90 x 39 in. and uses 5 high capacity filter cartridges, which each hold up to 30 lb of carbide sludge. Hydraulic lid opening device allows filter access. Device includes chiller with digital temperature controller and filter service beacon to indicate filter change out.

EBBCO Introduces New Filtration System for Precision Machining Applications
Ebbco, Inc., New Baltimore, Michigan recently introduced its new Ebbco Evolution Series. This new series is a metalworking filtration system designed for precision machining cutter-grinder applications of carbide, tool steel, PCD and ceramics. This new system conditions coolants and oils down to 1-micron, while controlling temperature, to avoid thermal distortion. With its totally enclosed design, 90"L x 39"W, the system has an easy access lid for filter change out.
Features of the new product include:
o The high-capacity cartridge filter vessel uses five (5) Ebbco High Capacity 623 filter cartridges which are micron rated, with a total of 210 sq. ft. of surface area, enclosed in a single housing with an easy-to-use hydraulic lid opening device.
o Each high capacity cartridge can hold up to 30 pounds of carbide sludge; a total of 150 pounds in the filter vessel.
o Chiller incorporates a digital temperature controller, which includes an ambient tracking device to keep temperature consistent throughout the machine tool.
o Filter service beacon flashes to indicate filter change out.
o Heavy-duty vertical seal-less filter pump avoids costly seal replacement and down time.
o Ebbco's patented extended area filter baskets support the extended area filter bag as a high-volume pre-filter for tool steel applications.
o Used cartridge Tungsten carbide recycling program available.
