Extended Life Filter Bags for Liquid Filtration Applications
DURAGAF(TM) Filter Bags from Eaton Filtration represent the latest development in needled felt filter bag media. Their unique construction delivers superior filtration performance with a service life two to five times greater than standard felt media filter bags. This means reduced operating costs due to lower bag consumption, less downtime, reduced change-out labor, and less storage and disposal costs.
DURAGAF Filter Bags are available in two extended life materials - polypropylene and polyester. These two materials utilize a fiber blend with a finer fiber diameter and a higher weight than ordinary media. The result is dramatically higher dirt holding capacity at the same efficiency and differential pressure. Filtration processes can run longer and need fewer bag changes with DURAGAF Filter Bags from Eaton Filtration.
DURAGAF Filter Bags feature all welded construction to eliminate the process media bypass which can occur in sewn filter bags. This construction utilizes a proprietary fabric welding technology the produces a super-strong seam that will stand up to the most demanding applications without failure. Eaton Filtration's patented SENTINEL®, Seal Ring is also standard on all DURAGAF Filter Bags. This unique, pressure-actuated seal actually improves its seal as the differential pressure increases.
