In-Line Twin Spindle Lathe is suited for shaft turning.


August 23, 2006 - Featuring built-in robotic automation, ANW-3500S twin spindle/twin tailstock is supplied with custom workholding and built for lean manufacturing. Dual spindles operate at 15/20 hp each (20/25 optional), and A2-6 spindle nose comes standard (A2-8 optional). Other features include in-process auto gauging, MT.4 tailstock, 130 mm quill stroke, and 120 x 250 mm work size. In addition to drive pinions, applications include CVTs, CVJs, and outer races.

Fuji's New ANW-3500S In-Line Twin Spindle Lathe Is Especially Suitable For Shaft Work


Vernon Hills, IL - (August 21, 2006) New from Fuji, the twin spindle/twin tailstock ANW-3500S is ideal for shaft turning applications. The ANW-3500S handles heavier workloads, larger machine envelopes and higher machine powers and torques than Fuji's ANW-3000, while coming with a lower price tag than the ANW-4100.

Applications for the ANW-3500S include drive pinions, CVTs, CVJs and outer races.

The dual spindles of the ANW-3500S operate at 15/20 HP power each (20/25 optional). An A2-6 spindle nose comes standard; an A2-8 spindle nose is available as an option. The ANW-3500S features MT.4 tailstock, a quill stroke of 130mm and a work size of 120mm x 250mm.
