Designed for Stretch Blow Mold Applications and Provide Long Life
The Plastic Packaging Components (PPC) Group, a division of PHD, announces the release of its NEW Series BCZ2D Heat Set Nozzle Cylinders. Series BCZ2D Cylinders are specifically designed as drop-in replacements for nozzle cylinders used in Sidel® Series2 Heat Set machines. These cylinders mount into the same space and bolt patterns, provide significantly longer service life, and reduce both maintenance and downtime in stretch blow mold applications.
Bodies are made of 100% machined high strength aluminum to provide maximum life and durability. Heavy-duty internal urethane shock pads are standard to absorb impact energy and eliminate metal-to-metal contact. Units come standard with FDA approved lubrication for use in food packaging applications.
An optional manifold and valve combination is available to increase response times and simplifies plumbing issues. Units are easily and quickly field repairable, which enables you to maximize your cylinder's life and investment.
