Safety Interlock Switches are magnetically actuated.

August 15, 2006 - MA16 Series safety interlock switches feature NEMA 6 enclosure providing minimum of 1 million actuations, with guard door misalignment to 10 mm, in dirty and water washdown environments. Switches are available in selection of contact configurations with various cable lengths or terminal strip terminations.

Magnetically Actuated Safety Interlock Switches from STI

With a minimum of one million actuations in water washdown environments

FREMONT, CA - Scientific Technologies, Inc. introduces MA16 Series Safety Interlock Switches. These magnetically actuated switches are available in a large selection of contact configurations and feature a NEMA 6 enclosure to provide a minimum of one million actuations - with guard door misalignment of up to 10mm - in dirty and water washdown environments. Users can select from various cable lengths or terminal strip termination for easy installation.
