One-piece pre-cut duct gaskets feature high tack adhesive coated directly on polyethylene foam backing to eliminate risk of delamination. Adhesive coating is available on 1 or 2 sides and paper release liner reduces tearing and is crack resistant. Square and rectangular scissor gaskets can be custom made to fit any specified size opening, and circle gaskets are available from 4-24 in. ID.

Innovative One-Piece Duct Gaskets from Stik-II Products Save Time & Money
Easthampton, MA - August 2006 - Stik-II Products, a manufacturer of pressure sensitive foam tapes and die-cuts, introduces new one-piece duct gaskets designed to improve time and cost savings in the HVAC industry.
Stik-II's pre-cut gaskets are easy to use and are available in several configurations in stock and custom sizes. Innovative die-cut square and rectangular scissor gaskets can be custom made to fit any specified size opening. Circle gaskets are available from 4" to 24" inside diameter. These gaskets offer a gap-free seal on duct work for heating and air conditioning units and in metal to metal bonding applications.
High tack adhesive is coated directly on the polyethylene foam backing to eliminate the risk of delamination. The heavy, easy-to-work-with paper release liner resists tearing and cracking to reduce application time and Stik-II's state-of-the-art die cutter assures clean cuts for easy liner removal. Adhesive coating is available on one or two sides.
